Meet our Team:
Jennifer Pugh
Mrs. Jennifer Pugh is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with over 17 years of emergency management services experience in the public and private sectors, which includes planning and directing disaster response and recovery or crisis management activities, providing disaster preparedness training, and preparing emergency plans and procedures for natural disasters.
Coordinated disaster response or crisis management activities representing agencies such as Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)-Public Assistance and Individual Assistance, Federal Highway Administration– Emergency Relief (FHWA-ER), Managing Debris Operations, Section 406 Hazard Mitigation, U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and American Red Cross.
Mrs. Pugh has experience in estimating all aspects of project costs and adhering to all applicable standards and regulations. She has supported the FEMA PA Program's response to 13 disasters writing project worksheets (PWs) for emergency and permanent work, damage assessments, PDAs, closeouts, working in Grants Manager and Portal and utilizing the Cost Estimating Format (CEF) method.
John Pugh
Mr. John Pugh is a highly motivated and experienced Emergency Management Operations professional with more than 10 years of results-driven experience in the public and private sector, which includes Emergency Preparedness, Hazard Mitigation, Disaster Response and Recovery, Flood Mitigation, and Section 406 Hazard Mitigation.
He also possesses specialized experience with the federal government in procurement, analyzing, and estimating projects for agencies such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Mr. Pugh possesses more than 20 years of military experience in the Air Force and Air Nat Guard , which includes specialized security, command control and operations management. Comprehensive understanding of local, state and national regulations.
